The 4D massage allows another experience with account for the speedand rhythm of the massage.
The Osaki OS-Pro SOHO allows for 5 different levels of adjustment for the 4D massage.
With the variety of adjustment levels, the user can customize the massage to suit their personal preferences.
How to rotate the footrest
1. Pull the switch to unlock the foot massager.
2. With a light step, you can turn over the footrest.

The OS-Pro SOHO will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. The SOHO offers a total of 30 airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and the calf areas. This compression massage helps to continue increasing blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.
Located on the bottom of the footrest are spinning reflexology massagers
which provide a soothing kneading style massage.
As well when the rollers spin it will stimulate acupuncture points and as the air bags inflate
it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.
Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for ultimate relaxation. When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. This will in turn help to maximize the intensity of the massage and reduces the compression along your spine.
The Osaki OS-Pro SOHO only needs 3.15” from the backrest to the wall, which reduces the amount of space the chair takes up. Space saving design allows you to maximize your living space.
The Osaki OS-Pro SOHO is equipped with Bluetooth technology and an

, enhancing your listening experience. This allows you to listen to your favorite music on Osaki’s highest grade of audio speakers located in the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music, and then gradually increasing to a desired level. The blue light on the speakers will indicate if the speakers have synced with your device.
The Slim LCD remote control is very simple to use.

RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.
PAYMENTS: If using PAYPAL we can only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. E-mails requesting us to ship to another address will not be received in time and the order will only be shipped to the address listed on the payment. For credit card payments we can only ship to an address listed on the credit card as a valid ship to address.
PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom. No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.

Open Box / Refurbished Osaki Massage Chairs include a 90 Day Factory Parts and Labor Warranty.  The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer.  For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only.  Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty.  There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations.  Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly. 1 and
2 Year Extended In-Home Parts and Labor Warranties are also available in the continental USA for these chairs.
