    In average condition but an unusual item. Not sure what it was used for. There is a movable brass clip--looks a bit like a shoe size ruler but the ruler is marked in inches. It is 18 inches long. Some wear, scratches, slight stains and dings. Numbers and markings crisp. I can find no comps.
